Hahah I kinda like Monica, the scene with her and Ian at the club was A M A Z I N G. Much more than Frank, anyway, although I was cracking up when he was like "ATTA BOY" at the end. XDD Yes this episode did have a sad lack of Ian and Lip interaction but I expect there will be more in the next couple episodes because OMG.
