Dean and his GED, whee. I was just wondering the other day if it was canon or fanon that he got a GED and didn't graduate. And his whole "let's wage war on our own side" speech to Bobby, even if it was just bullshitting, was GREAT. Very reminiscent of a more "saving people, hunting things" Dean and not the (kind of whiny) "I tortured souls, woe is me" Dean from last season. THANK YOU.

Dean doesn't trust Sam. Sadface, but totally understandable. I thought the ending conversation was perfectly appropriate and I was proud of Dean for keeping his cool at Sam for the whole episode. Now, get to the fixin' of this relationship, dudes.

Um, um, what else? ALL OF DEAN'S LINES, pretty much. SAM'S MANPAIN. Also, is he lying to Dean about jonesin' for a fix? Otherwise...um.

You'll notice I haven't said anything about Castiel. He wasn't bad. I'm glad he's not dead. I like the enochian symbols on their ribs. lol.

Haven't watched the episode but, always am tempted to look at posts such at this one to see how people reviewed the episode and so far from what I read, I can't wait to watch the episode/season premiere tonight before I go to bed and you know I will have a review waiting in the wings for everyone by tomorrow. I recorded the episode twice, on regular tv viewing and HD TV since well I can. :P

Saw the promo for next week online and just wow..so happy Ellen and Jo are back. I barely remember Rufus except Bobby was arguring with him on the phone during When The Levee Breaks and that he gave Dean the information about Bela Talbot/Abby. -misses Bela-

The only time I harcore wish for a HD TV is during SPN because it airs in widescreen but isn't also formatted to fit the screen. So the edges are cut off. :(

I think a lot of people won't remember Rufus, I hope they do something to remind us of him.

Bela got neat and then they killed her. HEY, just like Ruby did. FROWN. I hope Jo doesn't get killed when she gets possessed like in the promo!

Just watched! I knew that wasn't Bobby. Way too harsh, Sam's expression just broke my heart. I was surprised Dean didn't notice, but Dean's caught up in his own resentment over Sam darksiding. The vessel thing is cool *approves of your speculation* except Dean CANNOT GET MORE BADASS /caps the world would explode or something. I loved the Lucifer part, it was so low-key and completely unexpected from the other "possessions" we've seen. The "I don't need to" line sticks in my head. The only downside is that I want to see next week's ep asap!

I was cringing when Bobby said it, but honestly, I couldn't blame him. I figured something would happen to make him change his mind, but I didn't figure he'd be a demon. So that was nice.

It was neat to see how Lucifer got consent for possession.

SHOW. I expected a little more, but I still enjoyed it a hell of a lot.

The VESSEL part was certainly a surprise. I only know about the Michael sword because Supernatural has, uhm, got me reading Bible stuff lately, but mostly I'm where you are.

I love that Bobby fought off the demon right when he was supposed to be killing Dean, just like John did.

I've been wondering why they don't do that, really. I know Dean is against teaching other people how to fight demons, but I think humanity deserves a chance. Also, if Lucifer needs a human host, then he can't be completely unstoppable, right? That's my take on it.

I don't like the idea of it being mentioned so early in the season, but I would've not liked it worse if it wasn't mentioned at all. So hopefully there's more to that plan.
