Writer's Block: Gone but Not Forgotten

(i think i've answered this one before, phrased differently)
Can you really consider Buffy defunct? I mean, it had a amazingly decent 7 season run. To me, "defunct" is a word with bad connotations of failure and suckyness.
(ahem. On a role with the Writer's Blocks, lately, it seems.)
Obviously my answer is Buffy. But I miss Firefly, Veronica Mars, Roswell, The West Wing, Third Watch, Dark Angel, Journeyman, Big Shots, Stargate...
and 80 million other shows I loved at one point and have since forgotten, just as the networks hoped they would be. :/
In other news, I finally broke down and signed up for a Twitter account. Who wants to add me?!?!

I haven't the foggiest how it really works, but I've heard it's quite addictive.
I'm'a hunt people down after I get the hang of it, just you wait. So add me now and save me the trouble :)
(psst, read the last writer's block entry i made (bout zombies). i'm curious to hear everyone else's thoughts)
